Used to love coming here to get lunch but no more, you have lost my business permanently.  Won't serve me a lunch deal after 2pm?  I have been working in North Syracuse for years and have never once been told they can't do a lunch deal after 2pm.  I've got them as far as 5pm before and even later.  Until this is taken care of I'm done with Little Caesars.

After placing my order, I watched a guy leave with his order of Italian Cheese Bread. The same guy returned a few minutes later and exchanged it for another item. The employee put the box that was returned back in the glass case and then sold the same box to another customer. Are you kidding me? This box had left the store and they resell it? My order for (2) pizzas took 25 minutes because the manager was constantly on her cell phone. You may want to avoid if you don't like 'used' food.

PEOPLE WERE WALKING IN AND WALKING RIGHT BACK OUT EMPTY HANDED!!! This place is absolutely awful. They NEVER have hot & ready pizzas available here. Their employees are always goofing off and seem to have no sense of urgency what so ever. No one seems to be "working" at all, seriously. A couple years ago this was actually a pretty good Little Caesars, unfortunately that is no longer the case. Must be under new management that just does not care about how badly they are failing the business they are suppose to be representing. I work in food service also so I have given this place the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but after this last time I will never go there again.

There new offering "BESTESTSOMETHINGPIZZA" for $6 isn't really that bad. It's just that their pizzas are rarely ready for purchase and I hate the long wait.
