Really love this pizza place. It is cheap and delicious, it's clean, it's hot and ready (most of the time). I also like how the employees treat me (some of them). Guys please; even if it is a hot and ready pizza. They gotta make more, this takes time guys. Trust me I worked there and I know it takes time more in rush hours. Don't get mad on the employees cuz they have no control of the oven. Also the manager does a great job trying to keep the place in order. I highly recommend this place!

If you wanted a freshly made $5 classic pepperoni pizza, and were willing to wait for it, they used to do that. It was SO much better than the pre-made ones!!  (Of course they always tell you that that pre-made one were "just made". Now they won't make one fresh, and they charge $5.99 instead of the $5.00 that their national commercials advertise. I'm referring to the Redwood City Little Ceasars on Roosevelt Ave., I don't know about other locations. I may try to find out, however, as I won't be going back to this one anymore.

The one time I visited this branch, the hot and ready pizzas weren't so ready, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes. Still good value though.

I can't believe this even happened it was pretty ridiculous. As we entered the store we saw some guy at the front of the line who seemed really upset and didn't think anything of it. The line was huge and it was a hot day so I wrote it off to that. About 10 minutes into being there though, we realized the line wasn't moving at all. There were three people working, all of which were hiding in the back doing nothing. There were plenty of pizzas and other food items to go around, but no orders were being taken and those waiting for food weren't getting anything.

By the time I got to ordering, people that had been there for 20 minutes waiting for a 'hot and ready' were still there. The second the person at the cash took my order, he ran into the back not to be seen for another 15 minutes - and I swear these numbers were not exaggerated. He is a far guy with glasses, must either be incredibly stupid or on drugs from what we could all tell. He kept making breadsticks to the point were there were probably two packs of breadsticks for everyone in the store. The other two employees were clearing working hard doing their job while this guy was just screwing around. I even witnessed him cut himself while preparing a pizza and continuing on without washing his hands and bandaging it.

Finally, I ended up getting my pizza in the strangest way. I asked him for a receipt since it had been about 45 minutes of waiting around for a medium pizza, and he just handed me my food. The people that had been waiting 1 h or more were furious. I took my food and left.

When I got home my girlfriend and I realized the food was not prepared properly. We had ordered a large and got a medium. We tried a piece of pizza and it tasted funny, we've both been sick for about two days now. I will never spend a dime at this place again. The person running the place seemed to be about 17 years old and on drugs from what everyone there could tell. Totally appalling.

The deep dish pizza is very good here the prices are right and they will make it fresh if you got the time five stars
