First Little Ceasars I have been that had tables to sit at which was nice. Employees were friendly and the pizza was good. Only issue is that they charged for extra pizza sauce as a topping. I have never seen that before.

I truly believe that any big chain brand is only worth with the people who work there put into it. I love this place in this particular location because no matter who I see or what time I go there it always feels like they are there just for me, to take care of me personally. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Ordered Italian cheese bread and got home opened the box and found something that looked like pepperoni pizza in the shape of Italian cheese bread. Must have been a special order. Manager did not handle their mistake appropriately. Very disappointed. Wish I could post picture of it on here. Guess you don't get what you pay for here. Gave one star because the rest of the order was correct.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't know if they don't care about repeat business or just happen to employ complete morons. Called for one deep dish pepperoni, was told 5 to 10 minutes. When I went to pick up, 15 minutes after placing the order because I don't like waiting, which is why we call ahead, the guy in front of me placed his order before I could pay. When I paid the guy at the counter tells me it'll be another 2 to 3 minutes. So I think, ok, no big deal. Not only did the guy who had placed his order at the counter in front of me get his food before me, they continued to keep working as if I wasn't even there. No sense of urgency or any type of apology. Finally after looking at my phone to see that it had been 35 minutes since I had called in my order did I go back to the counter to ask for l my money back. The manager didn't hesitate to give it back but he did also look for my order. The moron working the counter had overlooked my order and had me waiting for no reason. It was in fact ready in the hot box. I walked out without my food and no effort to make anything right by me. Will not EVER be back to any location.

Love this place! Food is always cooked perfectly. call ahead and they have it ready. they take Apple Pay and everybody inside is always friendly!  I have been stopping here since we moved two years now.
