Poor customer service. I've attempted to call now 10 times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. Line rings and then hangs up. I didn't know this is how you handle your business 👎👎👎👎👎 now I won't even bother to drive down to the store to pick up either. Business like this doesn't deserve public to attend at all 🤔🤔🤔

First off I'm a big fan of Little Cesar and this location, it's the only pizza I eat, but yesterday was the worst pie I've ever purchased at this location. To the Management please check up on your pie makers, they need a refresher training or they are not fallowing your recipe. I only get the classic and there were lost of people waiting, I guess they go for other product. I ask for a classic pie, she went in the lower cabinet and pulled out what was supose to be a hot and ready, but it must of been one that was a few hours old. This pie must of been roll out with a roller, it was flat like a cookie, no crumb at all, it had excessive corn meal which I had to scrap off, very salty, cheese was so dried out, didn't even soften up when reheated. Well that’s it for me and this location, I got a pie for New Year’s Day and wasn’t cooked enough. So I will not buy one ever, I will have to change location.

Horrible service ordered 2 pizzas told me wait time would be about 10-15 went to Publix to buy a drink came back and they tell me that they haven’t placed my order. I wasn’t the only one in the store that order was never placed. They need to change their entire staff. The cashier that was taking my order didn’t even know how to speak English let alone make eye contact with me.

I have gone to this little caesars for years. The wait time has always been intense. They usually have hot and ready pizzas ready. This isn't the best pizza but it's gets the belly full.

The waiting time is ridiculous. I have to wait 30-35 minutes while waiting in a cramped room full of customers who are also complaining that it's taking so long. I was told 10 minute wait time. After 10 minutes, for whatever reason they had to start my pizza from scratch again... This location is extremely unmaintained and has VERY poor management. Sometimes they DONT accept credit or debit cards, and they tell customers to go get cash back at the publix next door. Im writing this review while as Im waiting and Im watching a frustrated woman complaining that her order isn't correct. It's like customer after customer is having a problem with their order here.
