I always call ahead of time for my order (an hour or two ahead) and they never are on time! I have to be at church at a certain time with our food and the time management at Little Cesars isn’t good. Sorry but I’m being honest.

For years now, I've patroned this Little Caesar's because of its location relative to my home, but I hate the waiting on what's supposed to be Hot and Ready between 11-2pm and 4-8pm. It's NEVER ready, it's hardly hot, and usually undercooked. Cheese bread prices went up, taste went down. Customer service? Rude! Even the manager used to be friendly, but he changed too. I don't know what's going on with those people but I'm about to frequent the one on Mackinaw & Davenport (customer service!) Or Gratiot & S. Granger (quality taste!)!!

Incompetence at its finest. Currently sitting here waiting on my pizza. Five people working, yet only one person making pizza. Everyone else is walking around like lost puppies. Not sure how you can get an order wrong but the fella at the counter sure did. His ability to listen is not very good. Asked for a 3 meat and an extra most bestest... only rang up the 3 meat and charged me for the drink. I definitely will not be back to this location ever again. Only one person working thats actually worth a damn. I would personally fire everyone else.
