I ordered about 20 pizzas for a party on a  Saturday 5 days in advance.  I was told I couldn't have them at 11am because it was too soon after opening but I could pick up at 11:30.  I agreed as long as he was SURE they would be done on time.  
Come Saturday I have 40+ people waiting to eat lunch and the pizzas aren't ready.  Not only that, but the staff barely talked to us.  They did mention that it was a half hour late bc they had so many people call in that morning.  We expressed that we ordered days before so shouldn't we have priority?  She responded by walking away.  
When we eventually got all of the barely cut pizzas, she snipped that she was sorry for our wait and left the counter.  
I guess you get what you pay for, but their slogan is "hot and ready".

An hour for 1 pizza? Meanwhile other people were coming in and ordering 4-5 pizzas at a time and they were getting within 10 minutes!? Unacceptable never coming back here...not blaming the people that work here just the system

If you want cheap pizza, go here. If you want GOOD pizza, go somewhere else. Great when you're in a hurry, free and easy parking. If you show up at lunch or dinner, there will be a wait of 7-15 minutes. You can call your order in ahead of time. Pizza is $5- $12. Same size elsewhere is $10- $22.  8-4-2017: called ahead, ordered a veggie pizza. Photo added. Looks like they took a cheese pizza, dumped on a ton of veggies, cooked again for a minute. Literally a puddle of water in the middle. Soaked pizza. Veggies totally raw and cold, but pizza hot and wet.

I was told I would wait 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes. I was pissed. But then I ate the food. It was great. You have redeemed yourself, Little Caesars. 5 stars.
