Firstly, props to the employees that work there. It's not a glamorous job but thanks for what you do, especially day in and day out. I get it. It's 5 or 6 p.m., you've had a long day at work and, well, you're tired, you're hungry. You want some cheap, good ole pizza. Not too expensive that it breaks the bank but not too cheap that the quality and taste is questionable. Close to home and cheap: Little Caesars Pizza it is you thought. You go online, place an online order for pick up, and get an email saying that it'll be ready in 30 minutes. Perfect! You still are in your work clothes and have yet stripped to your PJs yet. In 10 minutes, you're in your car driving to Little Caesars. After you park, you head inside and there are SO MANY PEOPLE. Why are there so many people you think. Looks like you weren't the only one thinking of this perfect plan. I was you that day and in the span of 20 minutes of waiting, this is what I saw: 1 woman ordering 4 pizzas + a bunch of sides, video chatting her friend on speaker 1 woman who arrived and then asked if her pizza was in the oven. When they said it wasn't, she immediately asked that her order be cancelled and get a refund 1 woman who asked for her order to be canceled and then asked that an employee sign a "document" i.e. scrap of paper that ensures that she will get her refund 1 woman who ordered in person, left for 20 minutes, and then came back to wait for her order 1 male door dash driver that came in and waited without saying a word 2 women who ordered online and were waiting 1 woman who ordered online, was told that they were out of crazy bread and then asked for either a refund or a replacement for said crazy bread 1 man who ordered 4 water bottles 1 man who came in and did not say anything for 15 minutes And several other people who came in to either order or pick up there order Before my last story, props to the employee who was asking the people waiting about their EXACT orders. He remembered my order when I first stepped into the store until I was handed my order at the end. I definitely would not be able to keep all those orders straight. Finally, I saw one woman who canceled her order and then was given her money back via cash. However, the $20 bill was an older one. Prior to handing her her change, the employee checked to ensure that the $20 bill was real. The woman got upset, saying that it is fake and wants a different $20 bill. The employee then said that it was real, checking the $20 bill again. The woman then threaten to call her boyfriend and have him beat the employee up if it was indeed fake. After a few more exchange of words, the woman threaten the employee, saying that she had a gun in her car and proceeded to leave the store. A couple of people gave nervous glances in her direction but the majority of people continued waiting, eyes glued to their phones. The woman eventually came back 5 minutes later. No gun in possession but had a few more choice words with that employee. She at least was kind enough to let the rest of the people know that her anger wasn't directed at us. About 15 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done, I pick them up and left. In a span of 20 minutes, I saw all of this from people waiting patiently for 20+ minutes to others asking for refunds to threatening an employee over an old $20 bill. Normally, I order right when it opens and there is no line, no wait. I have never had any issues. To summarize, don't expect your order to be completely timely during rush hour. It's not the employees fault, they are just working their shift so that they get out and go home. It's the lack of employees, lack of equipment, and lack of planning by the people who oversee the store. It's also really busy during rush hour but if you are really craving Little Caesars, order a bit earlier and arrive a bit later. Stay classy Baltimore. And oh, the pizzas were great.
My girlfriend and I were literally harassed by two employees of this place. Lady tells us that it's our fault that she gave the pizza we were waiting on to someone who just walked in, then comes around the counter to get all up in my girls face. Then chased us to our car. Both employees. Ridiculous. It's not worth the $5 fr
I’ve been going here for years but I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough of ordering online and showing up and seeing they gave out my pizza to someone else and I get an old one if I’m lucky, or sitting waiting for 10-15 minutes for another to come out? What’s the point of ordering ahead of its not gonna be ready in the pickup window? Quality has also become a problem, like getting a barely cooked pizza. And customer service and staff attitude has gone down the drain as well. I go to a LC up in Owings Mills and had consistent service. Is this location under staffed? Poor training? Bad management? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager there. Enough of my rant. Maybe I’ll give them another chance to win me back in a few months, but for now they’ve lost consistent customer. Edit: found weave hairs in my pizza. Burnt to a crisp pizza. Done with this place.
The food was good nicely made! My second or third time going and picking it up on time and delicious! Great job!
Awful, unpleasant overall location. There is nothing good to say about this location. Staff here are confrontational and rude. Customer service to them is a joke. Employees are always on the phone or sitting in the back joking with each other instead of being attentive to customers.
Terrible crust, thick, overly bready, limp, no crispiness, boring sauce. This location used to have a nice crisp golden crunchy crust about 10 years ago. It's awful now. Not even worth buying.
Small business, tent to have to wait for quite a while because of lots of calling an walk in orders but food is good and reasonable price.Food: 5/5
After waiting about 30 mins for my food, I was given the wrong order. I ordered a deep dish pizza and was given a pizza that was not deep dish. The dough was flat. I ordered cheese breadsticks and was given a pepperoni pizza. Then the cashier gave attitude when I asked them to correct my order. Never going back to that location.
I wish I could give no stars. Was totally discusted when I came here. I had to make them put on cloves. They do not wear gloves while they prepare your food. So unsanitary!!
I hate that this is the closest little Caesar’s to my home .. literally the worst customer service and overall experience, ever. Rude management and employees every time I come here. Not worth a visit at all.
