This place is way too slow for a fast food chain. I have been to this location dozens of times, and each time I'm hoping they get their act together. I am always disappointed in their performance. There are a lot of young kids that seem to not know what they're doing or how to treat people professionally. Rude and disrespectful workers and very slow. Corporate needs to clean house and hire new workers that actually WANT a job.

Wait is too long.. Never hot and ready..rarely fresh after sitting in line for 40 minutes. By the time you get to the window thwy have forgotten your order and you have to repeat it.. Then repeat again when you pay because the little jerkoffs that work there don't give a damn

Closed more than 30 minutes early while trying to get an entire shift fed. Open sign on and 10pm clearly posted on the door, but doors were locked and no service available.

Went to the drive thru to get 2 pizzas and some bread sticks. Spend 25 minutes on the drive thru. First the person on the drive thru couldn't understand my order so I ask my husband to talk and the guy and he still couldn't understand, my husband kept repeating and the guy just told us to pull forward. When we finally got to the window he thought we had ordered one pizza (when he said pull forward he thought we were done ordering, so instead of saying "would that be it?" Or "would you like something else?" He just told us to pull forward). So at the window we had to say our order and wait. A long time. By the time I left he house and came back I could have ordered a pizza for delivery. I only went there because I thought it would be faster. The young men who talked to us had a very poor work ethic, looks like he was never trained and had no idea what he was doing. My suggestion to this place is either to train their staff or just hire new people to start over with no bad habits, if not y'all might as well close the doors. I am not giving this place a second chance.

I completely understand that this is a place that sells pizzas from $5 to $12, you get what you pay for which isn't much. what I don't understand is why you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get your pizzas if you order more than one, and it's not cut all the way through, plus you have to put up with the crappy customer service! Oh and what's the deal with the no refund policy? I mean if you order and paid for the pizza, you've been waiting 20 minutes and you decide you're going somewhere else then they should give you your money back because you have not received the product! They just say sorry there's no refunds you can wait for your pizza or I don't know what to tell you! Isn't that illegal?
