It is what it is. The place has college kids working there that really dont put the effort in. However not all the blame is on them, that place is seriously understaffed at times, and I can only imagine what the work environment is like. You typically see two behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off, because they are so busy and understaffed. On the flipside when they are not busy the staff aren't really proactive, and dont prepare for the next anticipated wave of people, again I blame this mostly on mis-management. Honestly, I have only 1 complaint about the food quality, and that is their chicken wings. They are awful, like rancid awful, but I think that is little ceasers in general. However, the quality of the pizza has never disappointed. In fact I legitly think they could get away with charging a buck or two more for their pizza. Its always good. You have a 50/50 shot of showing up and actually getting a hot n ready pizza. Most of the time Im waiting from 10 - 30 minutes. As far as the "attitude" of the staff, unlike some of the reviews here, they have never been mean or nasty to me. They are always nice given the work environment they are in.

Disregard the obvious, ill chanted reviews of this Little Cesar's location. The "Hot n' Ready" is always available. One of the best places to get pizza in Morgantown. I suspect, the bad reviews are only people that had a vendetta too begin with. Or, impossible to please customers, with the attention span of the common flea. Along with the patients, of a puppy that has bacon dangling in front of its nose. Regardless of where you get pizza, there will always be a percentage of them (pizzas) that could be better.

As I sit here for 10 minutes waiting for my pizza, I see 2 employees. Both of which are not wearing gloves, hats, or aprons. They both handled money and went straight to making food without proper handwashing. Shame on these people. I hope a health inspector comes on a day like this and shuts this place down.
