I was referred to Dr Bender for my pregnancy as being one of the best... well that’s unfortunate because I believe her residents as well as the office manger are racist. In the process of seeking a new Dr.  for my baby.  How are Dr Appt Stressful!  We are living in a new age and Black people have rights as well not to be treated illiterate, uneducated, an unworthy of care... horrible service even down the the fetal medicine unit!!!  How is it a problem just for an ultrasound.  Do better!

The er experience was horrible. Once admitted the nursing staff on the floor was excellent. They showed compassion.  They were really great.  The room was nice and clean

Still waiting in the ER lobby as I write this. We're going on 7 hours. Got in at 12:30pm. Triage was great and efficient and then once all of the tests were done we were forgotten about. Staff is a toss up: some are kind and welcoming and others you can tell hate what they do. Efficiency needs work. Top levels should have more pride in their facility.

I am strongly disappointed in my experience in the ER that I had last week. I am only giving 2 stars because the nurse practitioner I had was a really nice woman and the nice registration lady. Other than that, the experience was horrible. I went in with excruciating pain so bad that I could not walk nor barely stand. They gave me some pain meds which seemed to help at 1st but after I tried moving, the original pain was right back there. The pain was so bad that I was crying and I could not even move. The male nurse was so rude, ignorant, and disrespectful that he just told me to go get my prescriptions and that I'll get over it and "wheeled" me outside. I am still in pain and out of $600 for a disrespectful and awful visit. Some of the staff here is very rude.

If there was an option for no stars I would put that. This company is horrible and more than definitely racist. Waited for 4 hours for my sick father to to been seen and everyone who was not of color was seen. EVEN THOUGH THEY CAME HOURS AFTER US.
