We spent almost $200 for the worst service we have ever received. We stood at the door for several minutes before someone yelled "Hey, I think these are paying customers". And we were finally seated. Our waitress had three tables, one party of two, one party of three, and our party of four. We waited about 20 minutes before she took our drink orders. We got each drink one at at time. Not all together. Another 15 minutes passed before we caught the eye of another waitress and asked her if we could order. She sent our waitress over. Our meal took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. The restaurant was empty. Our waitress still only had three tables. We got three pieces of cold bread and two pats of butter for four people. We did send that back. By that time the floor manager had come by and we told her how rude and horrible our experience had been so far. She apologized and offered us complementary bread pudding which we did appreciate. She apologized for the waitress also. The food was wonderful. It was worth every dollar we paid for it. The service was the worse I have ever had in my entire life. No apology could make up for driving 8 hours and expecting to sit down to a lovely meal and have it ruined by a rude snot of a waitress. And if she was having a bad day, she should have excused herself from rotation and gone home instead of ruining our meal. After her manager called her on her attitude, we got the fake attitude which was just as bad as the snotty one. Huge disappointment. Again, food was outstanding, but that woman ruined it for us all. I think she was afraid we would say something at the register as she followed my husband up there and watched the close out. Again, food is great, service sucks.

picked up a grilled chicken dinner, oh my they should be ashame of them selves for charging 15 for a piece of chicken that fits in the palm of my hand......totally disappointed...the sweet potato was a baby...the biggest thing in the plate was the bread

Quite possibly the worst dinner with the worst service we ever had. the crab cakes were 90% mayonnaise, there was no crab on the salad, the shrimp cocktail was very dry. Our server constantly disappeared and brought our food very late. The "free" desserts were also terrible. We will never eat there again.
