I was just in there for a name change on my license, the staff was so polite!! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, the lady at the counter was personable and a true delight. I didn't catch her name, but we discussed my new baby and her children. Lady at the photo booth side at station 11 was also truly wonderful. Best experience I've had at the DMV ever, and greatest staff I've seen yet!

Twice been there. This time for license renewal. Smooth experience and Great staff.. In and out in 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon.

I arrived at 7:50 and there was already 30 people in the line ahead of me. However they tell you and have a sigh on the door of what they do not do and what location to go to. Then a man asks you what you are doing and gives you a number card. The service to get my licensed renew was fast considering I had 30 people in from of me. However the bald man talking the photos was uncaring and rude. That's why it's 3 stars. But I was still out of there around 8:45. I have been there before and also had a speedy pleasant experience.

Excellent service.  Tommy took the time to talk with my daughter about what it means to be a cautious driver and gave her several safety tips since she was getting her permit.  He was funny and very helpful.

The staff were kind and helpful. I had to wait an hour for my number to be called, and waited about 30 minutes to get my picture taken. Overall it was a pleasant experience, albeit a long wait. I suggest getting there early,  making an appointment, and bringing something to do while you wait.
