We have a diverse team of immigration attorneys, including Donald E. Smith, Robert L. Smith, and the Founder Edward Litwin. For any immigration related matters, this is the place to go to if you want results and honest feedback. 
I have talked to 4 attorneys in the area about my case and objectives before finding out about Litwin and Smith.  Unlike the previous attorneys I talked to who were so eager to get me to sign in a contract while over promising and relying on me not reading well between the lines of the contract, Mr Donald Smith was straightforward, explained to me all the requirements and all my options from the very first discussion.  
I worked with him on my self petition case (EB1A) and simply put: he delivered on what he promised! 
Getting immigration work done is quite a journey that involves not only a lot of time and hard work from the applicant side but it also requires commitment and honest feedback from your attorney. 
The attorneys in this office are very competent, truthful and of high integrity.  The rest of the staff is also friendly and supportive.

Donald worked with me on an employment-based EB-2 visa / green card.  He, Dinna, and the staff at Litwin & Associates had been nothing less than professional and courteous throughout the entire process.  They gave me clear instructions on what to expect and what documents I needed to prepare each step along the way.  They also answered the questions I had in a timely manner, often minutes after I sent them.  Due to their effort, I was able to receive my card a week after the Fourth of July, a commemoration of the founding of a great nation that I can now call home.

Just heard Edward Litwin speak about his visiting professorship as an expert in American law in China. This lawyer really cares about people. That is what you need in an immigration lawyer. His compassion for the individual really shows.

Ed Litwin worked with me for years to overcome a variety of hurdles to take me from initially what was only a visitor B-2 Visa then on to an R-1 Visa and finally a Green Card.  He was gracious and warm and understanding each time we met for consultation.  When it came time to meet with immigration officials he and his associate personally accompanied me to the interview with INS.  When INS bungled my application and initially denied me a green card he reassured me he would take care of it.  True to his word about 2 weeks later I had a green card!  I will never forget his exceptional help to me during the process.

Ed Litwin and his team are fantastic to work with.   I absolutely recommend Mr. Litwin to anyone needing an incredibly competent and astute immigration attorney.  I worked with Mr Litwin on two occasions.  First for an H1B and then for my green card.     Both my husband and I gained great confidence and comfort from Mr. Litwin's straightforward manner.  The depth of his knowledge on how the US government works was a huge benefit and source of comfort.
