Staff is helpful. But quality on furniture is poorly built for the price u pay for. Returned 1 dresser because a 1 drawer was built crooked as well as wood splitting on the top corners on the outside. 2nd dresser had wood split at the bottom drawer but kept this one because it's not noticeable on the outside.

They suck. My couch was not there the day they said it would be and they couldn't find it. They found it a week later and fortunately delivered it for free which was good but my overall experience with living spaces was trash. Won't buy furniture here ever again.

Worst experience ever!!!   Delivered defective product two separate times.  Hopefully the product will be correct on the third delivery.  Spoke to customer service and they did not try to get the product to us quickly the next day, as they said exchanges are only in the evening.  How is it an exchange if the product delivered is defective?  Living spaces is suppose to provide quick delivery, but if the first delivery is not successful (product is damaged or defective) then customer service will say you have to wait...as it's considered an exchange.  Save yourself the headache and go to another furnitue company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a dresser at the Ranch Cucamonga location them drive to the Rialto distribution center to pick it up only to get it home and spend 30 minutes unpacking it to find it it has clearly been dropped and was destroyed. Called customer service and they didn't care at all and we're not willing to make any accommodations. I took it back to the stairs and returned it. I'll never but anything here again. This place is the worst. Go to IKEA and save some money and hassle.
