I had a great experience purchasing a sectional at Living Spaces! I did a lot of shopping, but found the best selection and prices here for mid-range options. What really sealed the deal is how helpful and genuine the staff was at Living spaces. They worked with my budget and space constraints to make some great recommendations and worked hard to get me a good price. Delivery was also painless; despite having to finagle six boxes up a narrow flight of stairs and a tight turn, the guys were still very nice and put everything together for me. Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase and just hope it wears well over time.

Furniture shopping can be stressful but the good people at Living Spaces work very hard at making it pleasant. We recently bought a whole new living room set at the Van Nuys store. Friendly greeting and a very well laid out, large but very eye pleasing experience. Lot's of variety and cool atmosphere . The sales people, in our case Carlos, are bright and personable. We never lacked for attention yet they gave us the space to make our own choice. When color crunch time came, Carlos was super helpful. These people do not work on individual commission so they all are there to help your process. Delivery is scheduled for this coming Monday and we are very excited. Thanks

Great furniture store, plenty of choices and styles to choose from. We came to get a living room sectional and found a style so chic and ultra modern with the right price for our budget having found it on closeout sale! We've shopped for most if not almost all our furnitures here, from bedroom to our patio. I could've given it a 4 star rating except when we were picking up a rug we got since it's AS IS from the back of the store and the employee wanted us to come back in 2 to 3 hours ( it wasn't busy that day , and we feel he was just too lazy to do it ) when all he had to do was pull the rug from the display and roll it which he did after we gave him a surprised look and said we will wait....! Mind you we were just in line for about half an hour at the cashier and by the time we were done with the transaction (it also took a while) the cashier said that the rug should be ready to be picked up. Aside from this instance we've had pretty good service from the sales associates, friendly and helpful.

It's always so fun to walk around and shop for the next potential furniture piece that fits our home. We were very happy to find such a great variety and the perfect cocktail table for our living room. John and the other employees were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also welcoming. Such wonderful customer service. We hope to return when we look again for our next piece for our forever home.

I went last Friday on a super rainy day. There was over 7 employees at the front talking to themselves. No one even bothered to talk to me. It's ok, I went in with the intention to buy furniture that day. It took them over 10 minutes to come get me on the floor. They finally asked if I needed help. I didn't need financing, I Just wanted to buy my furniture. When I asked what kind of deal I could get if I bought the entire set, they said " we never discount furniture " ... which is a lie because my cousin just got a smoking deal there. They asked me to go to other furniture stores and find it cheaper so they could match it.. and then the guy walked away and left me there. What a joke. I called corporate twice, both times they insisted someone would get back to me. It's now Sunday and no one has called. No wonder the store had 0 customers when I walked in. This store is a joke. The " corporate office " can't even handle or resolve a complain. Still waiting on someone to contact me.
