I gave two stars because the doctors in the back are nice . Although with the rest of the staff it’s a hit or miss with their attitudes and on top of that it’s a hit or miss on how long you’ll be here . I’ve been here for thirty minutes versus 5 hours before . Mostly I’m just sick of their rudeness and overall bad attitude .

What a scam. You have to pay for permits simply to live in livingston parish, with no reason or purpose other than "the council voted it in". I'd suggest other parishes.
