Worst Service, 1st visit was great with older lady 2nd visit was horrible younger girl basically didn’t do anything  always seems to tell every customer your eyebrows are growing out I’m working around it..every customer she gets doesn’t look happy 👎🏼

The first time I went here, it wasn't that bad, but it was a very unfriendly environment and I felt very awkward. And for my second and very much last time I went here, it was awful. Not only were my eyebrows not cleaned up (I had to tweeze them when I got home) the service was so rude! I was constantly pushed on my nose and cheeks, her hand slipped many times and poked me in the eye, when I was asked to stretch my eye for her she moved my hand with force, and worst of all, (their fan was on and some of my hair was moving on my face) instead of moving the hair out of my face, SHE PULLED IT OUT OF MY SCALP. No apology, no reasoning, nothing. I should have said something, yes, but it was crowded and I didn't want to start anything. So instead I'm just gonna spend my money elsewhere.

I used to liked it until they messed up my brows 😡, and another tiny little thing 🙄 They said they charge $9 but they charge $10.

Best place to get my eyebrows ever...somewhere else messed up my eyebrow very bad but she fixed it.... finally i have my perfect eyebrow back......definetly keep coming back

Well first off, every time I have gone here they usually mess up my eyebrows and make both of them completely different shapes and sizes. Would NEVER let any of them touch my eyebrows. And second I came here today for an emergency and I only wanted my lip threaded I got to the door right at 7:53pm. And the girl at the front desk is just looking at me like I'm dumb and I asked if they're closed and she nodded. DONT ADVERTISE THAT YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 8pm IF YOURE NOT ACTUALLY OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME. I wasted my TIME and GAS to come here even though they did not deserve my business.  Never will I ever give them a dime or refer anyone here. Ever
