I'd give it a 2 1/2 star. Vape selection is garbage. And way over priced. Buuuut, they have a really good juice, it's a little pricey but I like it tbh. Service is a hit or miss. Have never left dissatisfied but I've never left feeling like they actually seen me as a person other than a sale.

I went in after washing the car next door. I told the guy working what I was looking for, I told him twice when he tried selling me the cheapest vape pen in the store. He went to the next vape mod telling memoir was what I was looking for. I get home to find it isn't what I wanted. Now I have to go back.

I was a loyal customer from the day they opened. I had just gotten a new vapor setup that was quite expensive and something went wrong with it and because they said it was my fault which it was but they did not offer at all to help me try and fix it or do something. So I said screw these guys if they're not going to be loyal to me why should I be loyal to them, so I decided to go into vapor road which is closer to my house but I would still go to Lizard Juice out of loyalty but no more. Anyways, the employees at vapor road were awesome their prices are half of what Lizard Juice charges for the same exact products and one of the employees offered to look at my brand new vapor I had just bought in from Lizard Juice. He figured out what the problem was and replace the part for free and I hadn't even gotten anything yet. So I went from a loyal Lizard Juice custome to a Vapor Road endorser. I recommend anyone who goes to Lizard Juice go to vapor road just to check out the place which has more inventory by the way and compare prices and you will see vapor road is the way to go. That is my opinion and why I gave Lizard Juice a 1 star rating when they used to be a 5 star rating. Sorry for any typos or confusing sentences I I spoke this conversation through talk to text.
