We visited Llamas a few months ago. To our surprise they had their hours posted so we decided to drive from Georgetown. When we got there they were closed. We decided to give them a second try and called ahead to assure they were open. We got there and ordered the ceviche. It was gross. I'm a big foodie and this was by far the worst food I have had in a long time. My husband's lomo was about the only decent thing. I decided to order what he had but instead with veggies and rice. The rice was soo stale and tasted like it had been made days before. Austin has a long way to go as far as culinary goes and most of the reviews are misleading on Google and Yelp.

The past few times I have been in Austin I have made sure to stop by the Llama's food truck. The first time it was because it was right next to the venue we were playing at. Since then it has been because the food is incredible. Everything I have tried has been amazing. The anticuchos, which is beef heart and potatoes, may sound a bit weird, but it was one of the best things I have ever had.

Employees were nice but the food was awful! Way too much salt. Portions were enough but the drive wasn't worth it. My husband is from Peru and didn't like it either. And there's no such thing as hair nets either so watch out for hair in your food.

Great deal for a meal of half a rotisserie chicken with two large sides for $12.50. Got the sweet potato fries and salad. My boyfriend got the fried plantains and salad. The chicken was nicely seasoned with crispy skin. Exactly how I like it.  Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely go again. Ran into a friend & his family there. He goes there regularly. He highly recommends it too.
