They are honest and on-time - kept in touch with me and when there was an error, they admitted and reimbursed without asking!  LOVE the honesty.  Will use them again.  Great customer service which is hard to come by.  They do heating and plumbing - which is a plus as landlord.

Unbelievably rude. Receptionist to the repair guy who talked over my husbandand I. He refused to listen to what was going on with our water heater.  Our family Went without hot water for a week with 7 people in our family 5 ages 7 and under.  And they had to come back three times before they finally listened and saw the problem we were having. The receptionist was even worse then the rude repair guy she needs to go to a customer service training. Then they tried to charge me for each visit and a part that was under warranty. Had to talk to the head guy before he figured out what was going on. Seriously would NEVER CALL HERE AGAIN!!!

Very rude. The plumber who came out acted like he didn't want our business and made up a story which isn't true after I checked on it. Provided a three hour window and he showed up mins before end of it. It was obvious he was behind and using nonsense to bump our appt. Second time now I've had this experience with this company and it won't happen again.
