We have had Lloyd's Plumbing do the work for all 3 of our bathroom remodels. Pete and his crew have done excellent work. They are always professional, friendly, patient, on time, and helpful. The bill for each job was never a surprise because we knew how much they charged per hour, and Pete always provided us with a very detailed invoice.  After the work was done for the day, the job site was always left spotless. And when all 3 bathrooms were finally done, Pete and Brandon broke down all our packing boxes, organized the mess in our garage, and hauled away as much as they could. Truly amazing service. The office staff is efficient and friendly and calls to let you know when the plumber will arrive. We always felt like they were on top of things and we never had to wonder if someone would show up. Lloyd's is a top notch business.

Great experience with Kristen answering the front desk and Jesse doing the repair. We had a pilot assembly go out, and they not only replaced the assembly but also the control valve as well. Extremely timely and quick. Very clean work. They were scheduled from 1-4pm but called about 20 minutes after I called in and asked if we wanted someone to stop by within 10 minutes and we said SURE! Overall, I was very happy with everything. I suppose you could say they are more expensive than competitors, but I would absolutely call them again in the future and feel more comfortable paying 20% more to have this kind of service.
