Liked the ability to reserve seats and order food ahead of time. Parking in the garage connected to the theater was easy. Also liked the wide range of food and beverage options available beyond the standard pop, popcorn, and theater candy into milkshakes, burgers, cocktails, etc. Seating was just OK, however. Cloth velvet? covered seats that don't recline and are more narrow than some of the other recent theater seating you'll find at other places.
Loved the bar and the bartender was splendid. The theater was SO HOT. Probably 85 degrees in there. I saw the minions and it was good but I couldn’t enjoy it since I was distracted by the heat the whole time. Wear shorts and a tank top if you go and maybe you would enjoy. Popcorn was buttery which was a plus.
Great place to watch a movie! Their seats are comfortable, the screens are clear and unblemished, the sound never disappoints, and they offer a great selection of films from big blockbusters to foreign and independent films. The VIP lounge is the best part for sure. My only complaint is that their popcorn is terrible. It's almost always either burnt or stale. I ran a movie theatre for 10 years, and this is still my first choice when it comes to seeing a movie on the big screen.
Tried this theater for the first time. Ordered tickets and food online ahead of time, but we had no idea how to pick up our food once we got there besides a generic "pick up from concessions" instruction. They were calling out order numbers, which we didn't have until a few minutes later when I received a text message with our food order number from the online order, which I assume isn't sent until after we get our tickets scanned. Eventually, they seemed to stop calling order numbers out and were just taking people's order receipts and filling them that way, so we had to then wait in line for that. The folks at the concessions didn't seem to know what to do with the order number I had, and I had no receipt to check the food order because the online process didn't give you one, so they ended up just asking what I ordered then fulfilled it that way. Defeated the entire point of ordering online ahead. Then, when we get to our theater, there were other people in our seats. We ask them about it and apparently they and others nearby were supposed to watch the movie in a different theater but the management moved them into our theater so they could apparently show another movie there. We ended up just taking another seat that we didn't buy. Chairs weren't very comfy. Never bothering with this mess of a theater again if we can help it.
Saw a great movie! Theater was clean, though the ladies' room needed some serious deep cleaning around the sinks. Concessions were only available by the app, and the whole place felt empty. But everyone smiled and was friendly.
Surprisingly great! I usually go to AMC but they don't play a lot of non-English titles. The seats, sound and screen are good and check-in is pretty easy. Multiple parking garages right next to it and plenty of food options nearby if you want to eat before/after the movie. Probably going to choose this place over AMC in the future.
Unfortunately this movie going experience sucked. We sat next to a group of women who chit chatted at regularly volume AND texted with full phone brightness AND took actual phone calls during the entire screening of avatar 2!! Its like one of the few things you are told not to do at the cinema so rude on their part for sure, but I brought it to the attention of management who instead of asking them to leave after watching this happen repeatedly ... gave them a warning ? I couldn't begin to get into this movie due to these distractions and I feel like I wasted 3 hours and 15 bucks. I doubt I'll be back to this theater. This was just miserable.
It's a great theatre. A bit confusing to purchase tickets or snacks. Upon entry you can use a kiosk for tickets and seat reservation...unless you have cash. Which there are no signs or employees instructing you on the difference. So you may end up ordering your tickets and seats, only to be told at the very end you need a card to proceed. Then you finally find an employee inside taking cash orders...except now you can get the same seats because the kiosk you just used has now reserved those seats for no one. Then you will end up doing the same thing with ordering snacks if you have cash, you end up back at the same employee run check out. By then you are pondering why they didn't mention you needed to order your snacks there as well...could have done that while getting tickets. Beyond the disarray, the theatre is nice and clean ...not overly crowded.
Great theater with excellent employees. Gabe gave us excellent customer service tonight, going above and beyond to correct a ticket mistake on my part and ensuring that I had a wonderful evening. Kudos to him!
Visited this place for the first time. Was excited to watch the movie here. It’s located at a weird intersection. The way from parking to theater was very confusing. I had to take a walk a bit from parking to showplace. Overall theater screen was good. Had good sound quality and screen size. Place was maintained well.
