They replaced my windshield with an aftermarket one. In the process they had to chisel the rear view mirror bracket off of the old windshield and install it on the new one (cracking the glass in the process). I didn't realize it was cracked until the crack spread past the bracket hardware. Tech was supposed to come out and look at it but never showed. After further investigation I found out that they were connected to Change Auto Glass in Fremont, California, which has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, lol! They wanted $100 just to come look at it to see if it was their fault! I called the Visa and they took care of it. This will probably be the last time that I go through a cheap windshield replacement service.

I was following a truck on the freeway and I see a nick hits my Car windshield, and i got a windshield chip/ crack. The lines started spreading all across my front windshield. I was scared to drive with the crack windshield, so i decided to look for auto glass shops in Martinez, and i found Local Auto Glass Fixers. The product was very well explained with few different options and i picked the factory equivalent quality glass. Mo on the phone was very professional, and the auto glass repair tech came out via mobile to my job and replaced the glass within 45 minutes. I am very happy with their fast lowest price professional auto glass service.
