So, I want to start by saying that good customer service is so important to any and all businesses. I asked for a simple order with one counter person who never told me that she didn't quite understand what I was asking for. The rudest counter person on long Island comes out to clarify what I asked for which was the same as what I ordered the first time. She has attitude dripping from every word and is rolling her neck in a somewhat aggressive manner. I asked her what her problem was and she says I am the rude one and no one ever wants to wait on me. No one has ever expressed that to me before except for her because SHE never does. She also asked why I keep coming back. Firstly, I hardly ever go in there because the service is not great and the food is prepared sloppy. I only ever go there because my real deli is closed on the weekends. Now that she has openly expressed that I am not welcome there I WILL NOT go back. I just wanted the actual owners to be aware of how there business is being handled .

I’ve never taken my time to write any type of reviews, ever. This place as far as food deserves better rating than what I’m giving them but today is the second time I experienced rudeness by the new customer service young ladies up front. I wasn’t trying to make a big deal about a simple egg bagel with butter that I asked for and I was given and plain with butter. But you want what you are paying for. I work in customer service and I know what is the deal with ppl. The young lady that was helping me originally was handling things to an ok extent but some other young lady interfere with a small dispute I was having the the person who helped me originally with my order when things started to escalate very quickly, Tnx to this other lady who wasn’t helping in any way. I’m not a conflicting guy at all. I do have to say with all due respect that this 2 young ladies need some serious customer service training. I also got to witness them ladies affirming to another customer that they had called and order an extra sandwich when one of them had heard the names wrong. Smh

As I just left there and opened up my very simple omelette I was absolutely disgusted… Then I went to go post this review with photo and somebody said it’s a great place if you like other peoples body fluids in your food… And it’s crazy because that’s totally the disgusting vibe I got in this place never again

This is a horrible place! I will never ever in LIFE have my food made here! The lady at the counter was very rude to my husband and I wanted to really go in and kick her teeth in but my husband stopped me and said it's not worth it. Horrible customer service! They need to be out of business immediately!

AVOID. Zero stars The guy making my bagel late/middle aged white guy with grayish hair had his extremely loose mask around his chin and wasn’t covering his nose or mouth - kindly asked him to replace his mask and he straight ignored me . They each only wore one glove and yet still touched and buttered my bagel with the ungloved hand after handling money etc . The place is filthy . Employees look filthy. No bagel selection . And honestly the bagel itself was terrible - cardboard. Oh and burnt ......

this bagel place is OK, it’s a shame they can’t make a simple order correctly. Scrambled eggs are yellow and fluffy. If the eggs are coming out BURNT BROWN you’re doing it wrong. When i worked in the food industry i would never put out a dish i would not eat myself. I doubt any of the employees would like to eat a burt egg sandwich they paid for.

We visited Long Island for a baseball tournament and decided to stop for breakfast after a very early morning game. We were THRILLED that we made the decision. The food was amazing and the prices were even better!! Definitely the place to stop for a bite to eat!! Well worth it!!

They have the best French toast Bagel. Amazing, I would Highly recommend that you try it with Strawberry Cream cheese.

Bagels were ok. Didn’t looked cooked to well. I purchased a half dozen at the time.

Came here, the old man didn’t wear gloves while handling my food and then lied about it, the son was wearing gloves but wiping his nose with it and handling money with the gloves, the bagels were stale and hard and they sold it to me anyway, forgot my ketchup, and the bacon was old and burnt and the eggs were definitely cooked in the bacon grease. I will never come to this place again it was a disgusting experience, I actually through out my food after I took a bite it was so bad. I can’t believe they are in business.
