Really........... local charm received earring and necklace as a gift from husband the jewelry is cute enough not sure of what medal it is earrings really bother my ears well at any rate told my husband I cant wear costume jewelry .. he gave me the receipt when I ever saw the price I was furious not to mention it states no refunds several hundreds of dollars for jewelry that is not mark( mystery medal) that bothers my ears WOW

We were in this store 4 times in a day and a half. The staff was great, they selection terrific and the prices competitive. Interesting and unique. We bought a bracelet, amulet, ring and 3 necklaces. Hope to see another shop in a different city!

Regarding the Fanueil Hall store: I went in the day I was going to the Fleetwood Mac show at the Boston Garden- the two girls there were VERY helpful and very nice (red-headed girl and long blonde-haired girl)- they should be the ones running the store. However, the blue topaz ring that I bought - the stones were so low-set that they were scraping my finger to the point where I had scabs on them. I returned the ring - the day I returned it the "manager" was there and was the biggest snob. Every comment I made she came back with a snotty "dig"....I almost told her off in the store. "Hello- I'm a customer, don't you want my business?" I seriously hope she's reading this because she's giving the store a bad name. I not only had to return the ring, but the ring I "exchanged" it for was less expensive, but they wouldn't give me credit for it. Bad customer service, cheap pieces, the ring I exchanged it for- those are the cheapest amethysts - one of them is even scratched. I feel sorry for the girls who have to work with the manager who runs the store.....she has issues.
