We had the unfortunate event, last week, of having lost my brother in law.

I called Local Cremation and Funeral services the night of-- after hours. Although, the girl on the phone couldn't tell me in full detail about pricing, and the different types of packages/services. She did assure me that if I called back in the morning, the funeral director would answer all of my questions. 

My family and I, lost and grief stricken, showed up at their Greenville location at about 9am the following morning, not having scheduled any appointments, or had talked to anyone. As soon as we showed up (unannounced), our funeral director Frank was there to help guide us through this very difficult ordeal, with such ease and comprehension. He was so thorough and detailed with his explanations. He was an absolute professional, and compassionate. I really can't find enough words to describe how grateful and appreciative we are of him, and his staff. They didn't even mind that we had no appoinment.

Not to mention that David, my brother in law, looked as if he would have been sleeping in his casket at the viewing. We were amazed with what a wonderful job he did taking care of him.

I could not be more pleased with how the folks at Local Cremation handled my fathers funeral service.  From the initial calls with Frank, the in office visit and follow-up emails with Audra and Brittany and the actual service coordinated by Lonnie, every step of the way we felt like Local Cremation had it covered.  Awesome job from the fine folks at Local Cremation!  Thanks for everything guys.

Scott answered our call on a Sunday and was very helpful explaining the process.  Very considerate and professional.  We went in on Monday and met with Wendell.  He and the staff were very accommodating and patient as we asked our questions and made our choices.  We even changed a couple of things as we went along through the process of them picking up my brother and making arrangements for the cremation.  They were all very courteous and professional.  Pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend using them.  Strange to click five starts - says I loved it.  While I didn't love the event that happened, I guess you could say I loved their service to our family.

My wife past suddenly. I was stunned .I received kindness and kid gloves attention 
from Sonya Giles at the Arlington location. I would suggest requesting her.

Wendell Cox is gracious, caring and professional.  He takes a business that can be difficult to talk about makes it easy to comprehend with sensitivity.  

Mr Cox' website is direct but not heavy handed with clear, useful information. At a time when most are stressed and not thinking clearly, he steps in and guides his clients carefully and with dignity.
