Don't use these guys - they are PREJUDICED! When a family member already confirmed a move and date and time they backed out on day of move simply because of apartment complex name! They had no idea that this complex is run by slum lords - this does not mean they don't have money. Never have i seen someone denying service based on location. They went on to complain about payment method (check) If someones mother-in-law wants to pay for their kids to move what is the issue with that? It took about 10 minutes to find a replacement mover that won't assume the worst and fail to do business with people based on where they live.

We were surprised by the service.  The movers/packers were late in arrival.  While courteous and friendly, we were surprised by how long it took to get everything packed and loaded.  

We were surprised more to find out that our belongings were loaded and unloaded several times along the way - particularly since we'd been assured we would have the same driver throughout the move.  

By the time our belongings eventually arrived (with the arrival date being moved 3 times), we had several broken items and crushed boxes (including those marked "fragile" and "top load only" being delivered on the bottom of the stack).  

While we immediately registered a complaint, we didn't file for damages as the .60 per pound we paid for coverage didn't look like it would truly cover the damages or repairs needed.

If one must use this company, one would be wise to pay for the full coverage.

I would not hire this service again.  They did a good job of being careful with my stuff and not damaging it, but the owner, Bryce, was not professional at all.  He couldn't keep the time of the appointment straight, showed up three hours early.  He was very uncouth and kept cussing.  He was very short with me, and snapped at me several times.  Twice, he didn't think something would go up the stairs and refused to even try, so we had to do it later (and it did fit).  The helper guy was nice and a hard worker, but I would not recommend Bryce at all.  In fact, I'm sorry I paid him in full.
