This place is heaven on earth! Elizabeth the staff person made this experience even better! i could not ask for better customer service. Elizabeth was extremely kind, jovial, patient, and made me want to buy every flavor she had to offer. This is what it should feel like when you go buy ice cream! i’ve been here before and just get the usual but today im walking out having discovered new flavors i cant wait to eat. there needs to be more locations cause every deserves to taste this ice cream!

When I say Elizabeth was just as amazing as the ice cream. The flavors are fresh and creative. They have a large verity and even vegan ice cream. Freshly made here in the shop. One of the best ice creams I ever had!!!!!! Please come and enjoy the sweet creamy flavors and the very informative staff.  They really show you the love and hospitality that Jamaica offered me on my last visit.  Please open one in New York City. We would love to have you guys!!! Elizabeth thank you!!! The ice cream is absolutely delicious. You will not find better Jamaican ice cream. The flavors are innovative and the quality is just superior. I would love more organized and friendly service,  but maybe it's just wishful thinking. I would post a picture but the ice cream was so good that we gobbled it down before remembering to take pics.

Went in at 6:55pm, the two ladies saw us walked in and went to the the side to sit and talk, no one acknowledged us. I had to ask if they were still open for business. JEM came to help us, she was very unpleasant, and not helpful at all when asked questions about different flavors. She packaged our orders when I got home I realized she had not closed one of the small containers and it leaked out. Ice-cream was just ok for me, overpriced and horrible customer service.

Best Caribbean ice cream the the entire Florida, homemade and delicious. The ice cream is full of natural flavors, all natural ice cream. Keep up the excellent work and staff is very professional and friendly.

I used to love coming here. Ice cream was always great & the customer service. Went in on New Year’s Eve after calling to confirm the hours. Got our ice cream & sat down just to be told rudely by the employee “we’re closed” at 8:42 pm. They are supposed to close at 9. Which I called to confirm. It was also incredibly hot & not a great experience. Probably won’t come back.

Localicious is 1 in a Million. Many satisfying flavors especially the specialty JAMAICAN flavors. I have been looking everywhere for bubble gum ice cream and they actually have it! The staff is great as well. New favorite place. Weekly visits in the near future. Definitely a place to visit if your looking for different!

If you want authentic Jamaican real-like Devon house type quality home made ice cream!!!! Right here so it deh!!!!!

The ice cream  is sooooo good. My kids are like we have to go back. The watermelon sorbet is delicious. I had the Appleton and cheesecake and eggnog rum ice cream  amazing. The strawberry shortcake ice cream  is top notched. And the cookies and cream ice cream  is the real deal. I suggest you go!
