Story

With over 50 stores worldwide, including Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, United States and Russia, every department of Locatel is directly involved in maintaining and reviving the health of our customers including Pharmacy, Medical Equipment, Vitamins, Supplements, Homeopathy, Beauty Products, Hearing Aids, Optical Center, Baby and Maternity Products, Organic Food and Compounding at our Pharmacy. For your convenience, we deliver Pharmacy and Medical Equipment purchases at no extra charge. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most Private Insurances.

Seminars, free health screening and events are held in the store , reaffirming the company’s commitment to the principles of greater well being.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Don't agree with the people that say that employees are not friendly. I found this store AMAZING, they are always smiling, and willing to help you regarding anything you need. So much better than CVS and Wallgreens.
I don't know why people only take the time to put bad reviews, instead of using this tool to be helpful to others when it comes to medicine and items available; and being thankful for what actually worked. Locatel always has a huge inventory of medicine, food and beauty supplies, don't hesitate in visiting their stores.

I had no clue about oxygen tanks. I needed help! I called locatel and every person I spoke to was knowledgeable, caring, patient and compassionate! Upon my arrival, Anna was so kind and explained everything to me... she went above and Beyond to make sure I was getting the best source of oxygen I needed. I have a sick dog with cancer that can't breathe well when she gets excited. I called back to get another tank the next day (today) and was able to bring Zoey (my beagle) with m as I can't leave her alone... she said  no problem, come and I'll take care of you. She came outside and helped me. I will never forget not only the professionalism Locatel displayed but the wow factor that Anna made possible to meet my needs when no one else would. Thank you Locatel, your staff is amazing!!

What great service!  nadeera gave great customer service. Showed us how things worked. Compared different products and showed us products that would be helpful. She spent so much time with us. Not sure why unfavorable reviews because service and products were great. Knowledgeable rep. What more can you ask for?  We'll be regulars here. I hope I spelled nadeera' s name right

I called this place yesterday and apparently they want to charge people for EVERYTHING. No one would believe me if I wrote what their proposal was, but believe me, it was outrageous! Another place insisted that they come out to take a look (and of course charge for travel and time). I would have brought it in myself. Regardless, I won't go to these two places, which are close to me (one in Hollywood on  Federal and one especially on Hallandale Beach Blvd.) I ended up calling Statewide Mobility, Inc. and a professional, ethical man named Drew simply asked me a few questions and ta-da! Situation resolved. Don't waste your time and money here.
