I have rarely had a good experience with this rental company. The office is often rude, they don't call me by the correct name and I have had to call several times to get them to return my calls about repairs. However, most of the repairs eventually get fixed. They even once started eviction procedures because I had paid rent too early and my payment was recorded on the previous month and not the current. Customer service and organization are definitely not their strong suit. If you're looking to be treated more like a person than a rental check then you should look elsewhere. 

I also lost the majority of my deposit, which has never happened to me before. I'm a school teacher and take care of my property because it's my home. A $1000 is a lot of money to lose simply because they want to keep it. 

(Response to the owner.) If you were really concerned about improving your business you'd spend more time working on that instead of writing fake positive reviews.

This is one place you want to avoid! I wouldn't recommend any one to use this company! I have never been treated so badly by anyone place, speacily by the owner, who I had to physically remove from my home when he tried to break in, as well as call the police on him as he left my residence. This is illegal, with out notice of any kind and over a payment they forgot to put into the system. They have grown since they have managed the building I live in and they can not keep up. We have black mold in one of the apartments in my building that they have yet to fix while the resident is still living there, throwing out all of her belongings, because of the black mold.. This is my opinion, and I do not! Recommend Locators to anyone.

Julie is a nightmare. She is completely rude. We have been trying get in touch with our landlord for over a week. Our toilets and sinks are all backed up. We have called several times and Julie refuses to help us. This is completely unacceptable and I'm pretty sure illegal to force us to live in these conditions.

Do not rent from them! They are completely unorganized. They will request an extra deposit on top of the traditional one month deposit, that you will not get back, but you should anticipate getting nothing back of your deposit because you won't. They will make up arbitrary rules and threaten you with legal action, which in our case was not mowing the lawn which at most was a few days late. It will take them months to fix anything; took 2 months to get the air conditioner fixed in the middle of summer. Also the property itself was horrible, it had a foundation leak which then caused black mold which we emailed them about, but if you haven't figured out, that was pointless. Our property was on fox drive.

Horrible place to live don't rent from these ppl they will screw you over big time have to go to court just to get your security deposit back aside from them lieing about how the place was left when you move out
