I'm really surprised at the 2 previous reviews of this storage facility. I've used them twice spanning almost 10 years. My stuff has always been extremely secure. in fact, I can add none of my stuff was ever been infested with mold or bugs either. It's always super clean there as well. They really keep it maintained. But more than that, the best part of this storage company is the managers who run it - they are incredible! They are so super nice and I've been late paying sometimes and they have always been more than gracious and work with me to help make sure my stuff didn't end up in an auction. They are always so kind and sweet on the phone. They've offered me water while I'm there, just the other day. They brought me a cart which I didn't even ask for. They truly are the best example of customer service I've ever been so lucky to work witness. I highly recommend this storage facility. In fact if I could give them a higher rating I would. It's puzzling to me as not all people know how to properly rate a business. I really care about great customer service and a friendly attitude so if you're looking for a trustworthy, clean and safe option for storage in the area trust me this place is the best!

Terrible storage facility. Got into a little argument with the head honcho there and they kicked me out for no reason. Would never even consider to put my stuff there again.

The facilities are extremely close to the tin boxes in Cal State East Bay; I want to put my extra bed and clothed in there! I am just worried something will drop!
