Used the commercial services of Lock Works for years as a B2B client. Dustin and the staff deliver a professionalism, service,  and quality of work that is unmatched. As I have moved around the northeast, I have yet to find a locksmith that can deliver on this level. Their speed of service was impressive, the pricing is competitive, and their ability to cover a wide scope of work is unique. Not many locksmiths in the area cover such a wide variety of vehicles and security systems.  Having used their services nearly 100 times over the years, I can confidently recommend them for any locksmith service you need without hesitation, knowing the work will be done a mastery level.

Super friendly and great communication! my key lost programming to my car while being worked on. Called the locksmith to stop by there and he was able to reprogram my key and hold it in safekeeping for me until the next morning. Thank you again for all the help!

In a hurry I locked myself out of my car. Called this place left a message nothing in return. Didn't receive a courtesy call back stating they were unable to help. No customer service. Not a business to depend on

Opens at 8 am, called at 820ish today and immediately i got a voicemail saying "we are closed, our hours are 8-5, we dont check out voicemail box, goodbye"

Dustin from Lock Works came within 24 hours of my phone call placed to fix a broken lock. He fixed the lock quickly, was friendly, and reasonably priced. Will be using again if needed and recommending to friends/family. Thank you Dustin!!

These guys are excellent. I wasn't expecting such a fast response, but they were on-site and working less than 90 minutes after my first call. They were professional and friendly. My new key was made and tested - the whole process was quick and effective. I couldn't have asked for it to have been any more simple and easy.

I have to share with the world my amazing experience! I was out with friends celebrating my birthday, and lost the keys to my vehicle. I called this company after hours and within minutes these amazing folks responded and had a new key fab ready for me! I was expecting a price gouge for this whole experience, but it was fair and totally reasonable! I would definitely use them again without reservation! Thanks for being awesome guys and saving my birthday night!
