Over the holidays, I was introduced to Lockhart Jewelers through my sister and I feel vey fortunate to have made the connection as this business is awesome! Keith, Amanda, Rene and James all went above and beyond regular customer service and set the bar extremely high. I've been back to their store a couple of times and each experience has been great. All are extremely accommodating and appreciative of the business and truly make me feel special as a customer. The quality of their jewelry is high and customer satisfaction is higher! I highly recommend Lockhart Jewelers and will be a faithful patron for many years to come.

In love with this place and the family who runs it! They helped my fiance find the perfect ring and we love how kind they are! Their amazing customer service puts them ahead of all the rest! ❤

I experienced incredibly friendly service and Lockhart went above and beyond what was required. I went in to have my watch fixed. They were able to quickly identify the problem, but while there, I was asked if my ring needed cleaning and if I had not been asked, I could have easily lost the diamond in my wedding ring. Mr. Lockhart took one quick look at my ring and realized that one of my prongs holding my diamond secure had broken off. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of service. Also, my jewelry was returned clean and shiny in a very prompt manner. There is no other jeweler in town that I trust as much as Lockhart!

I was very please with the craftsmanship I havmd to have done on a Medical medallion. We needed an “extra” Loop in order for the medallion to fit on a necklace. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Always a treat visiting Lockhart Jewelers. Picking and pairing jewelry is definitely not my forte, but I can always depend on the ladies at Lockhart to get on a personal level and really help me decide what avenue to take when making a decision. They never disappoint. Ask for Amanda, very helpful and always one to put you at ease with her bubbly personality.
