Absolutely great friendly workers. Never had an issue with wait times never more than a 30 minute wait and as a young driver they fully explained and went over everything throughly.

I lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco and have visited many DMV departments. I have to say in over 40 years of experience nothing comes close to the ease of experience and staff proficiency at the Lockport DMV. If you want an easy fast experience for vehicle related issues try this location.

I wish i could give you minus stars. This place is the worst ruddest bunch of lazy hags. I was the ONLY ONE THERE, yet it still took about an hour... (cause they were too busy with their thumbs up their butts) and then.. ive still had to come back 3x for a freaking license. A license !!! Screw this place.

Previously I had been going to the DMV downtown in Erie county. Nothing but rude personnel and the wait time was always horrible. I decided to try out the Lockport DMV and I had a wonderful experience. Short wait time, friendly personnel and happy to assist you. I recommend this location
