We drove 45 min to try this Birria place we heard about and we were not disappointed! We ordered different choices from the menu and all had the original birria taste but surprisingly made combining cool ingredients like Takis you don’t see in other places. Everything was so delicious and authentic and the staff were attentive and gracious.

Locos Tacos Birria Factory is an absolute gem! Delicious food, perfect location, amazing ambience and a staff that makes you feel like family every time you come in. The Birria tacos are a new unique taco to the area that is packed with delicious flavor! Their menu is filled with so many birria and traditional options. Ana is the best waitress and who cares about great service and making sure you have best experience! The dulce de leche churro is the perfect end to the meal! Definitely check them out!

I ordered via Uber Eats I was so excited to try Birria tacos and got the quesadilla Birria , and it was way too salty both the quesadilla and Birria . I could not eat them separately neither could I eat them together.  The empanadas pastry was really good  , I got the beef , but the beef was also salty. It was a complete waste of money. I have them 3 stars because I’m big on pastries and the empanadas was good.

Tostadas are my favorite so I tried the birria tostada and it is delicious and filling! The staff is super nice and order was made before estimated time. My daughter bought the birria quesadilla and it was also great! The quality is awesome, definitely will  order again.

I was visiting a friend that just moved to North Bergen, and she said, "Pick a place for dinner, my treat!" I came across Locos Tacos and I love trying birria any chance I can. It's popularity seemed to explode over the past few years past its beginnings in Jalisco.  As I currently do not dine inside, I was pleased to find a nice outdoor eating area along the 77th Street side of the restaurant. It's colorful AND comfortable! I ordered the birria quesadilla - I needed some comfort food! - + a horchata while my friend ordered fish tacos + tamarind juice. The quesadilla hit all of the points you want a quesadilla to hit: crisp tortilla with a satisfying cheesy center. The birria is incredibly flavorful, as is the consomme. Did I take a few spoonfuls to sip on? Short answer: YES. Ha! The horchata was refreshing, not gritty like some horchatas I've had in the past. My friend enjoyed her meal;  I didn't try the tacos, but did steal a few spoonfuls of her rice and beans.  Though full, my friend and I did split a large churro for dessert, filled with dulce de leche. I devoured my end too fast while my friend savored hers. Haha! But, again, it's what one would want in a churro: crisp, nice texture, a moist dough, a sweet spiced topping, and I did pick up a hint of saltiness from the dough in the best way to keep the flavors balanced!  The food, service, and ambiance were all great. Our server Ana was a delight to chat with as she made sure we were all set with our meals throughout.  Though I was feeling a margarita and was a little bummed to find no alochol on the menu - oh well, not a big deal at all! - I have fallen in love with this spot. My friend lives around the corner  - lucky her! - but when I come back to North Bergen, I can't see myself NOT coming here again. Fantastic! :-

Love the Birria Tacos here. They also serve with some very good spicy sauce. I've made it my go to place for for the Birria Tacos. They have a couple tables outside and they staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly suggest dropping by and having some tacos.

The place was recommended as a great spot for tacos so I went there for a quick bite and to try their tacos. It's a small corner place but big on friendliness and speed of service. To my surprise the soft-shell beef tacos were fantastic.  The order comprises of 4 tacos with additional options which I didn't choose any. As I said a quick bite.  Also to drink I chose a Coke which by the way was manufactured in Mexico   and I will say it didn't have that burning effect on the throat as "regular" Coke due to the use of cane sugar as I was told. So in conclusion the place is small but big on service and friendliness with great-tasting beef tacos.

Favorite restaurant. Me and my boyfriend drive 30 mins just to get barria tacos from this place and every time we come it’s just as good as the first time we came. Also great customer service love the atmosphere. People complain about the prices but it’s worth it. Prepare to spend your money for the quality of the food. Five stars for me.

Great new local spot!! Birria taste like brisket. Must try!! We will be back for sure to try the rest of the menu.

I’ve tried several taco places in the area, and I was not a fan. My experience here was not pleasant. But place is known for their tacos de birria, so I decided to give them a shot. The consume was good but the tacos were oily and extremely tiny for $13. The cheese in the taco was not good at all, it’s like they added American cheese,. There is another taco place right down the block on 74th with bigger portions and much better tacos de birria.  I had also taken my pup into the store and I did not see any signs saying no pets allowed so I brought him in and had him sit by my side while I was waiting to pick up my order since there weren’t any customer around sitting or eating. The owner or manager got up to tell me to leave and wait outside that he would bring my order out when it was ready because he didn’t want the customers getting upset and in a very rude/harsh tone, which quickly turned me off. I did not feel welcome, so I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this place.
