I took a road test last month at this location. Everyone was nice and helpful at the beginning. When I begun my road test, the vibe of the instructor was off. She was a short, skinny, black, lady with a short hair cut. She was snippy and rude. A complete b. Her commands were late and she was overall a hot mess.

The second time I went to the site the receptionist was the problem. She contained the worst customer service skills EVER! I reported her to the manager, the manager knew who I was talking about just by a facial expression made, and nothing has been done.

The location is beautiful but the service sucks. I should have stuck with Forest Park.

Was just at the DMV today 05/05, 8:55am. Came to renew my tag b/c I figured that's where to go since on their website that's where you find the information on it. The attendant told me that I go to the tag office instead, which is fine, but I went back in just to make sure that was right and we were talking about the sticker on the license plate. Doesn't even answer my question with words, but gives me a slip with directions to the tag office. I just thought that was extremely rude and poor customer service. She was shorter with curly hair and darker skin. I hope a manager talks to her about that because in my opinion that was just unacceptable response.

I am going to extend a positive attitude when I enter, and set the tone for my visit. I have never been here, however I am going to give it a try. It's close to my house. I want to show everyone that they can be, and will be blessing!

I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and they had us out the door in another 5 to 10 minutes.
