Best hookah place in Shadyside, and Pittsburgh overall. Great ambience and attentive staff. The music is always great as well. Great variety in hookah flavors, vapes, cartridges, etc. There are TVs to watch sports as well and free wifi. The owner Ali will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in his lounge. I love visiting this hot spot when I’m in town and will be returning.

They offer great variety of flavors. Tried the double apple and it was really great. The place is well cleaned & organized. The guy was paying attention to changing charcoal and being around if you needed anything. He was so friendly and kind.

My husband and I moved to Pittsburgh from Arizona trying to find a new hookah place to call "our spot" and we're glad we went. We keep going back

If only every hookah spot could be like Loft. Great vibes, music, staff and hookah flavors plus more!!! Not only was the hookah great but they have pods and other refills so you don't have to go anywhere else. Will def be back.

Had a very nice and chill experience with friends. Went kind of early there was hardly anyone there and the vibes were excellent. Thanks so much to the guy who gave us cups for our liquor BYOB Yes! If you go make sure to try the mystery gummy bear flavor. Will be returning again!

I rather recommended 4 maybe 5 different places but if you don't mind being bored And feeling like You invaded A Pakistan-India Family home then yes By all means Visit 412- If you don't mind Walking up 3 flights of stairs Only to smoke hookah in silence Or thanking The Lord  ur not alone. Then Please visit -412 .If you want to smoke some good hookah for a reasonable Price Maybe buy a Edible while studying for A test 412 Lounge is definitely for you But as I stated Previously I can recommend A More Litter  Hookah Lounge. By the way The Staff or Owners at 412- Are Awesome !

I’ve been frequenting this place since 2016/2015. Hookah had always been too notch. However, they recently started selling delta 8 gummies, and putting new expiration date stickers over the original expiration date of the package. The exp. date of some gummies I bought the sticker said 11/2022. However when I pulled the sticker back the original exp. date is 12/2021. Beware of this place and the products they sell - UPDATE: I went back and they politely explained that it was a packaging problem on the manufacturer’s end. They kindly gave me a new pack. All’s well ends well.

Went here with a friend for the first time a few weeks ago and had a great time! The owner is a nice guy and they're expanding to open a kitchen soon. Covid kept customers away for a while but somehow they made it! so if you wanna help out a local business w a  good atmosphere, come! I'll be back

Super Chill Spot , They Let Us Bring Our Own Food & Our Own Bottles . Will Definitely Be Back Again & Also Let Us Do Song Requests .

Great service and great atmosphere! They'll come through and switch out your coals throughout your visit. The first time I've seen a hookah with a chilled hose which made the smoke especially smooth. I'd definitely recommend this as a great spot to chill with friends or get some work/schoolwork done.
