Seriously love their pizza and cheesy bread. I can't believe I waited this long to try them! Easily the best pizza place in the area. Very reasonable prices and loaded toppings.

So I will say when we ordered pizza, that was pretty tasty. Today, however, we tried subs. That was pretty disappointing. These subs are not hot. The bread looks a mess. They seem like they have been sitting around a while. I asked for toasted but no- just warm-ish. Not fresh. I gave 3 stars for average. The fella on the phone and in the “store” was very nice.

I will NEVER order from here again. I will Drive into Town and get Little Ceasars Pizza. First issue was all of my toppings were in the Center of the Pizza and half if not more was just crust. They remade it. It was fine after that. Ordered tonight, Missing a topping and there was hardly any toppings on it. Called, they remade it. Get the remade one and the Pizza dough was raw. I spend alot of money here. No more. I am done. They have gone down hill.  Which is sad because I use to Love the Pizza here.

I'd give no stars if possible. Cashiers are too busy talking to help people, half of the employees are always outside smoking. All around poor service

I would advise not to patronize this establishment. My 79 year old relative was coming to visit and stopped here and asked where the restroom was. She was directed to a tin can outhouse outside during cold weather. What kind of " service" station has no basic service like a restroom for its patrons hear it.

If I could rate less, I would.  Today’s visit cost them a customer.  The pizza I got today was undercooked like their oven wasn’t at temp.   It was still doughy.  I took the pizza back to see if I could get an exchange.  The manager got really defensive like I was the one that was wrong.  Said there was nothing she could do except give me a $2 credit in my next purchase.      She told me to get out and never come back. I will gladly never step foot into that place again.   Good luck to the next person that has an issue with their order!

First time I have been in Michigan since they built the new Log Cabin.  Looks nice from the outside - but that's the extent of it.  The inside was dirty, floors were sticky, and the staff was not very pleasant. And to not have public restrooms??  The poorly handwritten signs on the front door and the check out counter was not very professional or welcoming. I was hoping for more since it was so new.  Not impressed.

Staff is always super nice and happy. Owner seems like a great person from how they talk about him. Also seems like the same people have been there for a long time. Nice to see the same people each morning. Good way to start off the day with some coffee and happy people.

The new store is nice and big.  It's always kinda messy and unkempt on the sales floor.  A few of the employees are kinda nice but most of them portray the same attitude as the manager and it's not a positive attitude.  The manager is borderline rude.  Not at all what I would expect in a brand new store trying to build business.  I would expect her to lead by example and treat the customers as guests but that does not happen.

It used to be clean, but the pumps are dirty and the help could care less, key to use the bathroom! When you can get a clerk's attention to get the key. Well they did clean the pumps then promptly fotgot , trash bins next to pumps full and overflowing, it appears they need a manager that gives a hoot.
