This is a very cozy place to eat. The feel is like that of a log cabin. The food is great and they give you great portions. I will admit it is a little bit on the pricey side but then again you have to realize you are in a tourist destination so that is to be expected. I have no problems with the service in this place. Every single time I come it's always good service I got. But really the atmosphere is beautiful that cozy feeling Nothing Compares. You shouldn't be disappointed in this place but expect a higher than normal price.

Me and my wife went here on a recommendation from a Co worker on a weekend getaway. I am so happy we took his advice because it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and even though we came a little early before dinner (4:30) you get to sit in the lounge n enjoy cheese and crackers. The food is really good and our server Todd was great. My wife loved the salad bar plus it has bacon!!! The ribs were super soft even though they were well done. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Lake George.

This place was recommended by friends of ours. Reservations are a must and we went in February. The earliest we got was 8pm.  Very masculine interior, busy, but the wait staff was attentive.  The salad bar had a nice selection of options. The food portions were a good size and the food was delicious. Dessert was just as good.  A little pricey but worth it.

I love this place! If you’re ever in the area you would be doing yourself a real disservice by not coming here. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, the portions are very filling, and the service is truely exceptional! Our waitress, Debbie, was so nice and professional. Been here a few times already and always impressed. Thank you Log Jam!

Great place for lunch and dinner if you are in the Glens Falls or Lake George area!  Ambiance of a log cabin, seating in the garden room is as if you are in an outdoor garden even in January.  Close enough to even stop off from the local bike trail during the summer months. 
 Often will do soup and salad for lunch and there is such a variety it is almost a meal.  Fresh breads are a nice touch to the large salad bar.  No bad choices on the menu, everything is delicious!
