Story

Logan Babin Real Estate was started in 1962 by Logan H. Babin, Sr. to capitalize on the growth potential in South Louisiana. Through the 70’s and 80’s, Logan Babin Real Estate played a large role in the industrial development of Terrebonne Parish helping to develop a private slip and surrounding industrial park. Over the years, we have continued to add high-level services for our clients such as appraising and consulting as well as maintain a portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties. We currently focus on our core business of commercial and industrial brokerage, appraisals, and consulting and strive to provide the highest level of service, knowledge, and integrity for our clients.
