The owner/baker, who posts a lot as "we" although it is really just she, has a horrible attitude and lacks common business knowledge. You are constantly asked "anything else" as if you are taking up precious life/death time. I have never heard of a bakery refusing an order.  Even look at the review above, instead of apologizing/sympathizing it is just more of a fight/justification. Good recipes or not, how can someone support this kind of business who just throws opportunity away. Typical Millennial. Hours change at the drop of a hat. Clearly, this business owner is not ready to grow up. Very disappointed in the potential that was wasted, but the first impression has already been made.

Emailed to request an order for our upcoming party.  Used email since that is their preferred method and requested nearly 3 weeks in advance.  After no response in multiple days I went to the shop in person to place the order (45 min drive).  I was told that I didn't get a response because the baker is going away on our party date and they can't do our order. My poor rating is for the lack of communication and lack of apology. I wish this small business tremendous success but communication and order management absolutely need to be improved.

This is a very amazing little shop, with Incredible customer service. Their products are next to none, and it is nice to know that I can get macarons close by.

Absolutely beautiful and delicious desserts. The macarons are incredible, everything is priced well, and the service is so, so friendly. If you're looking for a special dessert or treat, this is the place to go.

Delicious and we'll priced. Need a better sign outside. Need more in-store decorations/ feel. Other than that it was great.
