Really great service. I was scheduled promptly and received an email with the electrician's photo and biography shortly before he arrived. The electrician (Chris) was very personable and thoroughly explained the job requirements and price before beginning the work. He kept me updated throughout the job process and did an excellent job with the work. My dog Lily really liked him as well! In addition to the switch installation, I'm also going to receive an inspection of my home's entire electrical system at no extra charge. Great company all around!

On a day when many homes and businesses in Rochester were experiencing electrical problems and outages due to the windstorm, we were so impressed that Lon Lockwood Electric was able to send Mike and Rich out to survey the damage we sustained do to a downed limb and power surge. They were quick and professional, while also good humored and clear about explaining our situation and providing an estimate. In less than 24 hours, we had a whole new electrical panel installed--two days before RG&E was able to get the outside service line installed. The attention to detail on the new work, the excellent customer service, and the upbeat and friendly attitude of the whole crew made an expensive, unexpected project quite pleasant to deal with. We had an extremely positive experience.  Great communication prior to the visit, clear and consistent job expectations with corresponding pricing, and fantastic work in the end.  Safety conscious...everything I'd want in an electrician.

What a guy, Had a mess of wires that were all hooked up incorrectly from a past renovation. He found the issue quickly and fixed everything for me with ease. Found some burned wires during the fix and got them taken care of as well, hard to put a price on peace of mind.  Thanks again Chris 10/10 would recommend.

Mike did the work for us. It was replacing a busted fan in the bathroom and installing some dimmers. He was great. He explained everything clearly and was very professional. He and his helpers were very efficient, friendly and took care of all issues in a timely manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. I recommend Mike and Lon Lockwood Electric very strongly for any electric work.

We have had additional electric issues over the past few months. Each time, Mike has resolved everything very well.
