I will NEVER do business with this company and will never recommend anyone to do business with this company solely because I could not get pass first base - the person answering the phone.  The girl (because that is the way she acts) who answers the phone is the reason why the word RUDE is in existence.  Lacking Customer Service skills is an understatement.  She is horrible.  No manners, no etiquette, no nothing.  To tell a customer who ask when can she expect a return phone call (this was the thrid call), only to be told when she can get to it.  It's not so much of what she said, it was the way she said - with so much venum.  Get rid of her and business will pick up.  No thank you.
