The staff is very friendly. The price is a bit high, but the location is convenient. Right in front of the lake, next to the bridge, next to a few shops. The suite is nice, we got a room facing the waterfront, the suite has a balcony, and mini rooftop.
+Edit: There were some issues with the AC unit on our floor, but the manager made sure she took care of us. Very grateful for that customer service

Love the London Bridge Resort. A well-maintained Resort. Great place for families. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The Resort offers lots of fun activities so if you don't want to venture outside; you don't have to. The pools and Jacuzzi are plenty big and the kids love the water slide. The location is magnificent; the Famous London Bridge is only a few steps from the hotel. My family loved staying at this Resort!

Stayed there over labor day weekend with my parents Nice place  staff are friendly and polite .Very professional .Front desk attendants were great  Security at resort was also great and helped us with our luggage to our room .We have never been to a hotel where a security officer would help with luggage and even go out of his way to even bring us a cold water and unload our luggage. Thanks to  Dan on  security  it made our arrival very easy and pleasant  . also housekeeping had a young man by name of Justin that brought us towels and extra blankets and he was also very polite and attentive another great employee  .These two youngmen  had great customer  skills .Our experience at resort was great and we will be returning because of these wonderful employees.

Wow, the service was awesome.   We enjoyed all of the views and people.   What else is there. Just Perfect.   Thank you for all you did to make our dinner wonderful.

For the price it is a little run down. It is, however,  the perfect location. The rooms are nice but not great, everything is clean. Not particularly noisy. It would be a good deal at half the price.
