If there was a way to give London Cleaners no stars I would take advantage of it. One white business shirt came back with a sticky substance in the breast pocket which destroyed the shirt after dry cleaning. I figured it was my fault (even though I do not chew gum. I tossed the expensive shirt in the trash.  When I came back to London Cleaners to pick up the rest of my cloths and took them home I noticed the same stain and sticky residue in this white shirt. What are the odds?  I finally met with the owner, just to let him know what happened and telling him I'm not there for retribution just information. He started yelling at me and telling me all about the situation. Even things he cannot be aware of since he was only present for one shirt.  So he losses it in the store and starts screaming at me. Another customer left (don't blame him) and I left as well. London Cleaners needs to pack up and go back to London.  I strongly recommend you take your good clothing somewhere else.

London Cleaners do their dry cleaning on the premises.  The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.  Their prices are reasonable.  I have used London Cleaners for about 5 years and have NEVER encountered a problem there.  (I wish I could say the same thing about other dry cleaners)  Recently, I took an item in that I needed back ASAP, they graciously accommodated my request.
I actually drive out of my way to patronage London Cleaners but they are so worth it!
