I had a Mac Book Pro needing a new motherboard (logic board). The tech, Andy was amazing. I used to work for an Apple reseller and repair shop. I currently work in retail and sell, Apple but we don't have a service center. The level of service I received was amazing, he was able to quote me over the phone (amazed by this). Andy let me bring my laptop in on a Monday to make sure he was ordering the right part. And then let me take it home so I could keep using it (no one else does this) until the part came in. Dropped the laptop back off Tuesday afternoon I had it back in my hands in perfect condition by Thursday afternoon. His level of knowledge is spectacular. This level of service is beyond my best expectations. I recommend anyone needing Mac computer service to go see Andy at London Drugs kelowna.

I ordered a printed mouse pad a while ago (from the photo lab area). It took a little longer than expected for me to get the item, but it turned out very nice. I would have liked updates to be sent via text, as the emails kept getting filtered as spam. If there are people in line in front of you, be prepared to wait awhile; as each transaction tends to take a bit of time.

Tried to fill a perscription here. Only after i waited 20 min for it to be filled did they tell me that their stock was low so the could only give me a couple days. Problem with that is i just had surgery, so i cant just pop down and get it when they have it in. Would have been nice to know before hand. I wont be going here again.

i completely boicot this business. the people working here are horrible. rude..ignorant when asked about lookiñg for an item. specifically the camera and photo people..just horrible..most deffinately angry vancouverites mad for no reason just because thats how they wanna treat a good loyal customer for years..i was born here in this city..never have i seen such crude people.

I started dealing with London Drugs 10 years ago, when I came to Kelowna. The Pharmacy staff, have always been very friendly, helpful, attentive, interested, and extremely professional, in all my dealing with them. They take the time to ensure that your prescription is delivered with a full compliment of knowledge, and protocol.
The prices for the variety of other Goods and Services offered in the Store, are always competitive
