LPL is offering various programs for the London community. Approximately every quarter you can find a magazine named 'Access' to check the programs. If you have a library card, you can validate your 2hrs' parking.

The staff can't seem to sort themselves out. I was clearly granted permission to use a London Library card through Oxford County's agreement only for some snotty blonde to say otherwise and begin demanding money. Perhaps they should be more educated on their facilities as I clearly was granted access before--as admitted by upitty blonde staff member and fraile looking male staff. Surprised they didn't claim that I assaulted them with my knowledge of what the county said. Will also let county know that London doesn't believe in granting what's been agreed upon. Will probably save on taxes for region.

Lots of info here and Access to the internet even if you do not have a library card, and very helpful staff that understand not everyone has a home address to use the internet to access what they need.

They need to keep the metheads out. There was a Guy coughing up blood when he wasn't sleeping. And the Emergency services were there taking another guy out. I told a guy at the desk and he barely flinched. There is a security guy posted right at the front door. Why are we paying for him to be there.

For the first time I got there I had to ask for a card allows me using and to borrow books and other things. It took less than a minute to get issued, nice staff and great service.
