I went to Lone Star Furniture it was the best experience, best prices and the best service. When u go in the store, they star being really friendly , they offer you water and pretzels. I really recommend this places.

Worst experience ever. What they call the better brand not even good. Furniture very bad quality, breaks easily, very flimsy. No where near what I expected. And poor customer service by the manager.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I ordered a set of sofas from a catalog then they called me a few hours later to let me know the warehouse didn't carry them any longer. Had to go back to the store where they offered to pillows for a compensation. Had to choose a different set of sofas they said would be in between 7-10 business days. A few days ago we called them and the gentleman we spoke to said that the company that does the deliveries wasn't able to find their driver. That they hadn't heard from him all day and he hoped nothing happened to him. Anyway two days later an Estella called me from there telling me that they were going to deliver the stuff today that for me to make sure someone was available to receive them anywhere from the time she called to 6pm. I called at almost 5pm to find out what was going on and that same lady answered the phone telling me she would call the warehouse again. After I told her I had no interest in waiting for yet another call back from them (they never return the call) she said she'd have her supervisor call me. When the other lady called she was rude as hell!!! She was telling me that the truck was in an accident and the stuff was damaged... when I got upset with her she said "You signed the contract and there are no returns, we will call you when it gets here". She hung up after. So tired of dealing with this company.. they already charged my card but I have yet to receive my stuff!!!! Be careful when you go to this place.
