I thought that my boys received excellent care from the lone star pediatric dental. One of my son complained his two stainless steel crown teeth hurting him after the lone star pediatric dentist put them on him. I was told that the pain will go away, which never did! I went to different pediatric dental to get a second opinion. I was shocked when I learned that the lone star pediatric dentist did not clean his teeth before the dentist added the crowns to his teeth. Therefore, bacteria grew that led him having abscesses teeth. Now he had their teeth removed because the dentist did not clean his teeth.

Never fails, have to wait past appointment time. Its always 45 minutes to 2 hours and then the reason is "we are wanting on a chair for your child" PLUS waiting time sitting in a chair waiting on someone clean my kids teeth!! The staff here is nice but geez I can never get in and out because Of The long wait. I've been coming here for a very long time and by the looks of it, I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take my kids.
