I've had our boat here since 2014 and have never had any issues. The front desk gal is very professional. We have had a bad experience at our former facility that we were at for 10 + years. Wasn't treated very well for being a loyal customer paying our storage rate 6 months in advance - NEVER late. Doubled our storage rate and didn't really care that we were upset. Lone Star was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Lone Star!!!

This is where everyone should store their boats, in the event that the dam up the river breaks you'll know where your salvation is stationed.

This place sucks. You're told the boat is stored inside but they leave it out. They are not responsible for theft or damage in their contract. My boat was broken into and the stereo was stolen and they didn't tell me, Bruce's response wow thats too bad. Wouldn't use this place they SUCK!!!! Find someone that cares about the security of your boat. THEY SUCK, WORST PLACE AROUND.
